The tutor wasn't proactive with his communication or question asking. I mentioned being lost with the assignment, needing guidance and i sent all the work i completed. he didn't check the attachments immediately until I sent a second message again asking the same thing about a paragraph I sent maybe needing better wording. This was one problem of many. I rushed to leave his session.

As a student looking for assistance, I can see the benefit of walking through the steps when I am trying to solve a problem. However, what is not beneficial is when I get stuck, and there are no clues given by the instructor. While I don't expect the tutor to give me the entire answer, I do expect the tutor to guide me, it could be as simple as a single step. When I reach out for help, I have spent quite a lot of time trying to figure it out on my own, it is not helpful to get on tutor.com just for someone to watch me fail at trying to solve a problem without providing any advice.
